LIFE EL-BIOS was presented at the “2nd Effective Dialogue Conference”
LIFE EL – BIOS (LIFE20 GIE/GR/001317) project was presented at the “2nd Effective Dialogue Conference” organized by Sympraxis Team , ANIMA – Association for the Protection and Care of Wildlife and the Hellenic Institute of Consultation, with the financial support of Green Fund . The conference took place on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at Serafio City of Athens.
The purpose of the conference was to push the boundaries of conventional public discourse and to advocate effective communications in the face of growing misinformation, polarization and climate collapse. Given that the world is in urgent need of sustainable solutions, the conference aspired to redefine the parameters of dialogue by bringing together a wide range of participants from diverse sectors of society to redefine society’s path towards a sustainable and responsible future.
The project team was represented by the Project Manager of LIFE EL–BIOS, Vassilis Bontzorlos (M.Sc., Ph.D, Green Fund), who presented the “IMPORTANCE OF THE LIFE EL-BIOS INFORMATION SYSTEM IN THE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF GREECE’S BIODIVERSITY”.
